Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between you and Systems by Design To Scale, a trading name of Design to Scale Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland, for the website and automation services we provide.

1. The service

We provide a website, a business phone number with call forwarding, and automated text message and review request features. The exact scope depends on the plan you choose, as set out on our pricing page.

2. Plans and payment

The plan runs on a rolling month-to-month basis with no minimum term. The monthly fee is shown on the pricing page, with a launch offer of £149 per month for your first 12 months for a limited number of customers, after which the standard fee of £199 per month applies. Payment is taken monthly in advance by card or direct debit.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel any time by giving us a month's notice. There are no exit fees. If you cancel, your website and business number will stop working at the end of the paid month.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information about your business, to keep your contact details up to date, and to use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the content you ask us to put on your website.

5. Text messages

Automated text messages are sent on your behalf to your customers. You must have permission to contact the people we text for you. See our SMS Terms for the detail.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee it will never have downtime. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 3 months before any issue.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will tell you about any material changes. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
