When you book a demo or sign up, we collect your name, business name, trade, mobile number, and town. When the service is running, we process records of calls and text messages sent on your behalf so the automations work.

Why we use it

To set up and run your website and automations, to contact you about your account, and to send texts and review requests to your customers at your request.

Your customers' data

Phone numbers and message content belong to your customer relationship. We process them on your behalf to deliver the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people we text for you.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the platform, such as hosting and text message carriers, and where required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within one month.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as you are a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal obligations.
