SMS Terms

These terms cover the automated text messages sent by Systems by Design To Scale, a trading name of Design to Scale Ltd, on behalf of our customers.

1. What we send

We send three types of message on your behalf: a text back to customers whose call you missed, an instant reply to website enquiries, and a request for a Google review after a job. All are sent from your business number in your name.

2. Consent

You must have permission to contact the people we text for you. This usually means they rang you, filled in your form, or are an existing customer. You are responsible for making sure you have a lawful basis to message each person.

3. Opt out

Recipients can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. We will record the opt-out and stop sending to that number. You agree not to ask us to text a number that has opted out.

4. Message content

Messages are transactional, not marketing. We do not send promotional blasts. You can review and approve the wording of each message type before it goes live.

5. Charges

Text messages are included within fair use. There are no per-message charges for your customers. If your volume is unusually high, we will talk to you about it before anything changes.

6. Data

Message content and phone numbers are processed to deliver the service and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
